Businesses currently licensed to sell liquor by the drink may also apply for a caterer’s license to sell alcoholic beverages pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. 57-4-101(q). This license may be applied for in the same manner as the Liquor by the Drink license. This license is renewable annually.
